The exact lineup will change (fast), but the architectural idea is stable: orchestration beats single-model purity for real workflows.

Vendor-led systems will increasingly decide how “work” gets sliced up, routed, audited, and billed. The workflow layer is becoming the product.
The one move to make this real: run a holdout-based “workflow pilot,” not a tool pilot
